ONLY1 CUSTOMS is a custom clothing studio built around one-of-one design, craftsmanship, and individuality. The brand specializes in customizing and reworking existing garments through techniques such as distressing, painting, embellishment, paneling, and structural modification, as well as original builds. Each piece is treated as a standalone work, with no production runs and no repeated designs. Every garment is altered, cut, and finished by hand, emphasizing transformation, detail, and individuality over mass production or trend-driven design.

Founded by Cora ter Kuile, ONLY1 CUSTOMS is shaped by a background in fashion design and a five-year Division I collegiate volleyball career. While in school, Cora designed and produced a men’s streetwear line titled Blue, which became the original inspiration for her approach to custom work and one-of-one design. Blue laid the foundation for the techniques, creative direction, and process-driven mindset that now define ONLY1 CUSTOMS—without it, the brand would not exist in its current form. She graduated her undergraduate degree with honors, balancing elite-level athletics with formal fashion training, an experience that developed a strong foundation in discipline, structure, and execution. Following graduation, she applies that same focus and work ethic to her design practice, approaching each piece with technical skill, intention, and attention to detail.
