Every piece is made or customized by hand and designed specifically for each client. This includes reworking existing garments, altering fit, adding graphics or embroidery, and creating one-of-one designs. No two pieces are exactly the same.

Yes. Each piece is created as a one-of-one or limited custom. Even when inspired by previous work, no design is ever replicated exactly.

No. Due to the custom, made-to-order nature of the work, all sales are final. Returns, exchanges, and refunds are not accepted under any circumstances.

Yes. A non-refundable down payment is required to secure your custom order and begin production.

No. Once a down payment is sent, orders cannot be canceled and payments are non-refundable. This applies regardless of production stage.

Turnaround time varies depending on the complexity of the project, materials, and current workload. Estimated timelines will be shared before production begins, but timelines are subject to change.

If you provide a garment, ONLY1 Customs is not responsible for pre-existing wear, fabric limitations, or damage that may occur during customization. By submitting your item, you acknowledge the inherent risk involved in garment alteration.

Care instructions will be provided when applicable. ONLY1 Customs is not responsible for damage caused by improper care, normal wear, or misuse.
